Job description

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our veterinary clinic team at Animal Surgical Group . The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including managing staff, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and handling client relations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and be able to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the veterinary clinic, including staff management, scheduling appointments, and handling client relations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the clinic
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
• Manage and maintain medical records and files
• Develop and manage budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Handle any issues or concerns that arise with clients or staff in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with veterinarians to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with medical protocols
• Participate in staff recruitment, hiring, and training

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a veterinary practice management role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology, procedures, and regulations
• Familiarity with veterinary software and technology
