Overview:

You Will:*
- Cuts and portions different types of meat according to specifications
- Cuts and portions different types of cheese according to specifications
- Cuts and portions different types of fruits and vegetable according to specifications
- Assist with dishing out all food and or meals for airlines
- Read and follow 121 recipes correctly and provide correct proportions
- Use all equipment properly and safely
- Comply with all HACCP/GMP and 121 Group sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management

You Have:*
- Must have successfully completed 90 day probationary period
- 3+ year’s experience in a high volume food service with at least 1 year experience/exposure to menu research and development
- Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as a part of a team
- Advance knife skills a must
- Must be able to work comfortable in cold kitchen 35F
- Minimum 3-5 years or work experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deal with heavy workload
- Schedule flexibility a must (weekends and holidays)
