A DAY IN THE LIFE OF PREP COOK

As a Prep Cook, you are responsible for preparing and providing exceptional food for our guests. You prepare delicious, Brazilian food as you utilize high quality and fresh ingredients to create our signature salads, entrees, and other traditional Brazilian recipes. Through on-the-job training, you are always learning new skills that are essential to becoming a master chef. You maintain accountability for the integrity and safety of the foods that are prepared by adhering to food safety standards and observing strict recipe guidelines. As a responsible prep cook, you take care of all aspects of your station and the kitchen, including setup and cleanup. You enjoy learning important skills and creating delicious food!
