Bigalora and Arbor Brewing Company is interviewing for Prep Cook/Dishwasher

Bigalora is fast growing Italian restaurant group focused on Neapolitan pizza, and we are seeking a prep cook/dishwasher in our Livonia location to support our growth. We currently have locations in Southfield, Royal Oak, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Plymouth, as well as multiple food trucks. Our restaurants have a neighborhood, family vibe and we are looking for employees who understand that our culture and food quality come first. We are a growing wood fired concept with a fun work environment.

Job Description:

· Clean dishes, pans, pots ensuring that they are clean before stocking on the shelves

· Following daily prep list to plan duties.

· Stocking freezers, coolers, dry storage so the shelves are organized and ingredients rotated.

· Maintaining a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

· Cutting and Food Prep

Requirements:

· Ability to work efficiently and quickly

· Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen

· Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils

· Able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds.

· A team player with good communication skills
