Paid training, paid Child Development Associates, mentoring and lots of experienced leadership will help you understand our program and philosophy.
Each teacher at WOW is mentored and trained on how to provide a high-quality early education for all the children in our care. Due to recent growth we are currently seeking an experienced preschool teacher teacher to work with children aged 3 to 5 years old. This person should have a background, knowledge, or be comfortable working with children that have special needs. Training will be provided in this area.
We have a strong spirit of teamwork and work closely with the parents in our program and the community. Our goal is to provide a high-quality early education to all the children in our care.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old (state requirement)
- Must pass mandated background checks (state/federal requirement)
- High school or equivalent required (state requirement)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., long periods of standing, sitting, bending down
- Enthusiasm to learn and work as a team
- Must be able to attend an in person interview

Childcare responsibilities
- Providing a high-quality early education
- Following all state and federal regulations
- Maintaining health and safety rules as outlined by the company and ORC
- Develop and utilize lesson plans
- Create opportunities for individualization in the classroom
- Interact with children on a consistent and appropriate level
- Model positive social skills
- Work closely with parents and the administrative team to meet the needs of our inclusive environment
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality
- Attend our super fun training days, other trainings, and special events
- Consistently work assigned hours
- Keep classroom and school areas clean and neat as outlined by licensing regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
