*NOW HIRING: Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Trenton, FL*

Come join our amazing team of professionals offering total family wellness and healthcare to residents of 7 counties via our 12 offices in North Florida.

Licenses & Certifications:

1) Graduate of an accredited medical school with a M.D. or D.O. degree

2) Current and Valid physician license in the State of Florida

3) Prefer all physicians to be Board Eligible or Board Certified

4) Current DEA certification

5) Current BLS (basic life support) Certification
