Clover Leaf is looking for an experienced Scheduler to join our growing team. The position will involve work at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory site at the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory in Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Description:

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory develops advanced naval nuclear propulsion technology for the safety and reliability of our Navy's submarine and aircraft fleet. The Materials Evaluation Laboratory(MEL) has reached the end of its service life and has begun planning for the Decontamination and Decommissioning (D&D) of the facility.

The Scheduler will be part of a small team tasked to develop, plan, track, and improve projects for specific scopes of work within the MEL D&D Program. This will occur in parallel with ongoing operations. The scheduler will have the administrative lead for the team, will incorporate schedule and document changes, generate reporting metrics and progress reports, de-conflict schedules and inputs from multiple organizations, maintain timelines, communicate directly with stakeholders and line management, and enhance the effectiveness of the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Administrative support experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and time management talents.
• 5 to 10 years of practical experience.
• Security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate across multiple levels of an organization.
• Previous experience with scheduling, team integration, and coordinating stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of project management methods and principles. Experience with Primavera software.
