We are hiring a licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to lead the Chula Vista office! Our clinicians are competent and passionate about their work. $114,400+ yearly

• At our practice, you are provided full-service intake, billing, and all referrals.
• Monthly consultation meetings for licensed staff.
• Longevity and loyalty matter for patient care so our team members who have the longest track record are compensated for this while they are able to provide the best long-term patient experience.
• One year minimum commitment at the start, but hopefully a long-term commitment with our team!

• Counseling youth and loving this work: 2+ years (required)
• Understanding of child development and needs at various stages
• Understanding of childhood mental health disorders
• Highest Ethical Standards and follow all legal guidelines
• Documentation in a timely way (within policy guidelines)
• Prior experience in outpatient counseling (preferred)
• Experience working with military families (preferred)
• Experience as an effective outpatient provider (preferred)
• Prior Telehealth experience (preferred)
• Desire to connect with the team and attend social events (preferred)
• Willingness to work with couples (preferred)
• Military populations experience (preferred)
