JOB SUMMARY
The Process Improvement Analyst will become a super user on various systems including customer
relationship management, document management, payroll, and claims software.
They will advocate consistent and effective use of technological
platforms/resources and provide input to service delivery improvement
initiatives.
JOB DUTIES
Review and improve business processes for our operating companies
Handle complex special projects
Provide input to service delivery improvement initiatives
Become a superuser on various systems including customer relationship management, document management, payroll, and claims software.
Advocate consistent and effective use of technological platforms/resources
Functional knowledge of the IT solutions presented above
Assist in launching new projects, developing new programs and businesses
Strong organizational/project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
Demonstrate effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Comfort with ambiguity is a must
Demonstrate dependability
Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate workflow
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
Participate in professional development and training activities
Knowledgeable about specific program requirements
Provide peer mentoring, training, and oversight to coworkers
Provide direct support to senior leadership on projects as needed
Travel may be required 20% of the time The Systems Liaison acts as an internal consultant, project leader, and process improvement specialist. They support and drive high-profile projects across our network of more than 15 companies. Other duties as assigned
Pay Range : 70,000 - 75,000 annually
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
Combination of education and experience
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Be able to successfully pass a background screening
Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.
The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds.
