Work location – Wichita, KS

Pay rate – 75K to 90K based on experience

Job Description For Process Planners :-

Responsible for part process & documentation development, creating and updating manufacturing process templates per engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Candidates will be required to develop, detail each manufacturing sequence, review and control manufacturing process operation documentation in aero domain.

Create detailed part & assembly sequenced process manufacturing templates using SAP / ERP database management system

Able to understand various tooling setup, so that the build sequence and stage wise BOM must be developed, in accordance with engineering BOM.

Identify the exceptions and conditions of supply as per the Manufacturing sequence / next higher assembly /Engineering Details.

Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production

Good Knowledge in machining, sheet metal & productions resource tools

Knowledge on tool creation and cancellation in the machine shop.

Good Knowledge in technical specifications and aero drawing / 3D Model reading skills

Must have good knowledge in Catia V5 and other CAD applications software.

Able to create the Production visual aids (Graphics) using the existing 3D models.

Fair understanding of NC programming limitations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,474.83 - $90,647.11 per year

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
