Position Overview:
The Procurement Manager is responsible for the coordination of multiple technology platforms including wireless devices (iPhones and iPads), the emergency notification system, and audio-visual systems in multiple offices. Interaction with all levels of the company and locations are part of the responsibility and travel is required.


Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all wireless device operations for iPhones and iPads, including training of new wireless device managers, standardizing on devices, managing ETF Waivers, data usage, billing and reporting.
  • Negotiate wireless supplier contracts.
  • Coordinate common wired Teams phones, security systems, and badging systems.
  • Management of Emergency Notification System including training of new senders, bi-annual testing, problem solving and institute any new procedures
  • Coordinate monthly wireless meetings with remote users
  • Research and continually evaluate Microsoft Teams devices, establish standards, implement new updates, and oversee installations and upgrades.
  • Provide support for multiple offices and users including training users and configuration of devices. Responsibilities could also include coordinating large scale virtual events.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma required
  • 3-5 years of related management experience preferred
