Producer Origination Systems Analyst

This is a full time, exempt position

Position Summary:
The Grain Origination Systems Analyst is an integral part of the ADM origination team and will have a core focus on providing support and analytical insight for all North American ADM Originators and respective staffs related to internal and external systems and business functions. You will assist the national origination team in meeting its goals and providing internal ADM originators and staff with the highest level of service. A heavy emphasis is placed on fostering relationships and supporting your origination teammates.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding customer service to our originators and origination staff to support business functions
• Lead and coordinate all ongoing support functions related to ADM systems
• Establish self as Subject Matter Expert of all origination systems
• Develop deep understanding of PBI – Producer Origination Suite structure and functionality
• Open support tickets related to issues that arise
• Problem solve open issues and provide timely resolutions
• Interact with 3rd party business partners during trouble shooting and resolution process
• Monitor open tickets until resolved and closed
• Assist in updating data in systems and platforms on demand
• Share best practices across producer origination regions
• Address incoming contact emails and funnel to correct ADM representative
• Assist with onboarding process of new hires and interns and maintain internal dashboard containing necessary resources
• Provide general support across all producer origination applications
• Identify common occurrences across systems to elevate issues timely
• Work closely with technical analyst to provide insight on issues for national origination team
• Provide development ideation to solve common problems
• Serve as back-up to Technical Analyst

Who We’re Looking For:

Preferred

• High attention to detail, well-organized, and effective time management skills are imperative
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures
• Ability to organize and analyze data to provide meaningful business insights
• Interact in a consistently professional and positive manner with various internal and external personnel
• Proficient in internal and external software systems including Microsoft Office suite, PBI Producer Origination Suite, AGRIS, e-ADM, Salesforce, and accounts payable system
• Existing knowledge or willingness to learn and understand the farming/agriculture industry as it pertains to this role
• Ability to manage and perform duties in high pressure situations

Minimum

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ work experience
• Ability to learn and understand new software or other applications necessary to perform essential responsibilities authoritatively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Ability to be accurate and timely in a dynamic work environment

What We Do at This Location:

• Primary Office Location: Decatur, IL
• This position will sit in Decatur, IL – remote work is allowable at times
• Typical hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Additional hours & some weekends are expected during peak harvest season, which may run from September – November
• Team Description:
• This role will work on the Producer Origination desk, which is a team that supports ADM’s producer efforts and initiatives, primarily in the U.S. and Canada. The Producer Origination desk plans, assists, and executes everything from risk management activities, technology initiatives (both internal and external), to marketing efforts.
