Product Demonstrator/Lead Generator, in large box store for a highly successful HVAC company. We are offering various shifts 10-3pm or 3-8pm, various weekend shifts. We are seeking an individuals who can learn a small amount about our Heating and Cooling equipment but more importantly, learn about our company and our five star reputation and share this description with others. We don't require you to be a HVAC Technician, just a competent speaker who can present information which we have prepared and trained you to convey. We want enthusiasm and an open personality, which people will be compelled to speak with. Should will be friendly and outgoing and genuinely like speaking to people. You will be our BRAND AMBASSADOR!

What we are seeking:

• An employee to positively represent our brand in a Big Box Warehouse environment.
• One who has memorized the salient points of the brand history and company information. We are a five-star company with a stellar reputation and a pedigree which is highly revered on social media. We are an easy "sell" to customers and you will be representing the "Heroes" of HVAC and customer service. Your job is to have the potential client fill out a request for a free, no obligation meeting with our System Design Professional.
• Representing yourself and our brand professionally, and as a welcomed guest in the Big Box Store, showing respect and helpfulness to their customers.
• Ability to speak confidently and friendly about our product.
• Conversing with a variety of individuals with various levels of interest in the product.
• Providing Leads generated by your explanations and answers to the customer's questions.
• Filling out the requisite information cards to submit to the office for follow up.

We will compensate you with an hourly salary and commissions based on your performance. We pay better than others in this market space. Opportunities to advance in the organization for those who excel! The compensation will begin at $22 per hour but will average up to $130 with commissions.
