Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, a full-service national law firm, is seeking a Product Liability Associate for its Philadelphia, PA office.

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of litigation experience

· Product liability litigation experience preferred

· Excellent academic credentials

· Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Competence and desire to manage independently a variety of active matters

· Court and deposition experience

· Licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania (required)

· Licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey (preferred)
