We’re looking for a Product Manager in the Data Integration and Foundation Services Crew to:
- co-develop with Technical Lead, other Stream and Crew Leads, aligned businesses and control functions across the division, a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
- drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
- act within a team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
- ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
- support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
- ensure the quality, compliance and service readiness of the product, including technical and non-functional requirements; (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, ...)
- work with other stakeholders to define and present the value of using foundational data products rather than having teams build their own data products
- define and prioritize new features for foundational data products
- drive the adoption of foundation products by data producers and consumers by incorporating data governance principles into our data products

- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- demonstrated track record of leadership in delivery of complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry focusing on data integration and data governance
- client-centric and commercial focus, including responsibility for budgets
- strong leadership skills; promoting a diverse, inclusive and motivating environment for team members
- setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results), including management of risks
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels to marshal appropriate internal expertise and resources across the business to meet clients' needs.
- highly driven and motivated with a can–do attitude and hands-on approach
