We’re looking for a Product Manager in the Data Integration and Foundation Services Crew to:
- co-develop with Technical Lead, other Stream and Crew Leads, aligned businesses and control functions across the division, a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
- drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
- act within a team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
- ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
- support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
- ensure the quality, compliance and service readiness of the product, including technical and non-functional requirements; (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability, ...)
- work with other stakeholders to define and present the value of using foundational data products rather than having teams build their own data products
- define and prioritize new features for foundational data products
- drive the adoption of foundation products by data producers and consumers by incorporating data governance principles into our data products

Your team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Manage My Relationship Stream which is charged with building a scalable operating model that enables FAs and teams to dedicate more time to clients and reduce costs. The Manage My Relationship Stream has a set of Agile Crews, one of which is the Data Integration and Foundational Services Crew. Our Crew mission is to build scalable, cost efficient, and easy to adopt foundational products that promote data transparency as an enabler for other crews / streams to achieve their product delivery.
Your expertise
- working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management
- demonstrated track record of leadership in delivery of complex products to clients, ideally within the financial industry focusing on data integration and data governance
- client-centric and commercial focus, including responsibility for budgets
- strong leadership skills; promoting a diverse, inclusive and motivating environment for team members
- setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results), including management of risks
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels to marshal appropriate internal expertise and resources across the business to meet clients' needs.
- highly driven and motivated with a can–do attitude and hands-on approach
