What We Do: Formations is developing the first generative AI predictive tax liability management solution for the self-employed. With our technology and team of financial experts by their side, self-employed professionals have the playbook and tools they need to save thousands on annual taxes and achieve financial well-being, securing their futures through better financial decision making.

The Product Manager is responsible for owning and delivering critical features on the roadmap, continuously testing their assumptions and improving our product market adaption in a data-informed way.

We're looking for an innovative Product Manager to join our growing product team at Formations. As Product Manager at Formations, you will continuously test the market to understand customer pain points and deliver highly adaptive functional solutions that provide customer value. As key member of product team you will help define and promote the product philosophy, vision, and roadmap to deliver product features that meet customer and stakeholder expectations. You will work collaboratively with a team of engineers, designers, internal and external stakeholders to assure product market success

Responsibilities:

• 
  Define priorities, trade-offs, and delivery timelines for key product features
• Develop deep understanding of the customer needs, while addressing internal and external stakeholder priorities
• Define experimentation to test product hypothesis to assure successful product adoption
• Work collaboratively with customers, UX designer and engineers to assess feasibility and define scope of product features
• Manage product feature releases, coordinate user training, promotional campaigns and manage go-to-market roll-out
• Grow adaption of customer facing and internal features

Qualifications:

• Ability to reduce complexity and bring clarity to ambiguous environments
• Excited about reducing complexity to find simple functional solutions
• 4+ years of experience delivering customer facing products in an agile environment
• 2+ years of experience delivering self-serve B2B/B2C solutions
• Proven track record of shipping products from design to deployment
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working with engineers
• Familiarity with A/B testing principles
• Ability to organize and communicate your thoughts and motivations with different audience
• Motivated self-starter with excellent execution skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Salary range $110-$140K
