Job description
As a Performance Improvement Leader, you will consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts. You will provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders. You will drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. You will mitigate solution risks and issues. You will execute workflow and process improvement strategies along with leading client meetings, and events, and drive internal team initiatives. You will identify and drive opportunities for cross-functional workstream involvement for early identification and adoption of opportunities to empower the local client. You will demonstrate innovation and thought leadership to apply the power of data-driven narrative as a mechanism for differentiation.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education; including:
- At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- At least 5 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Industrial Engineering preferred
- 5 years of experience in health care system performance improvement
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification
- Operational or workforce solution experience
Expectations
- Willing to travel up to 70% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
