Job Description

RaySecur is seeking a trainer and support technician with a preferable background in corrections, law enforcement, or the military to join our team. As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge screening technology and services to our corrections customers by providing remote and on-site technical demonstrations, hands-on training, and troubleshooting support. You will work closely with our sales and customer support teams to ensure that our customers are fully trained and equipped to operate our screening technology and detect threats in the mail.

This position will require travel to customer sites to deliver training and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering training programs and a strong understanding of the corrections, law enforcement, investigative or military industries. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

● Product demonstration both on-site and virtual
● Provide effective training to clients on use of our screening technology and processes

● Provide effective training to clients on security-related topics and implementation of SOPs
● Provide unit installation support on-site and perform MailSecur system maintenance
● Ensure overall customer success in onboarding and effective use of our products

Required Qualifications

● Previous career in corrections, law enforcement, military, or related fields preferred
● Minimum 2 years experience in a training role
● Technology certifications and/or previous sales experience a plus
● Effective communicator both written and in-person presentations
● Willing to travel
