PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Location: Erlanger, KY

Availability: Immediate

Immediate opening for a Production Associate. The job includes grinding & polishing of metal parts with hand-grinders, assembly of industrial valves and related equipment with hand tools, and general warehouse support. The position reports to the President and the Production Manager.

Ideal candidates will have grinding or other metal-working experience. Assembly of industrial machinery and/or machine-shop experience is also preferred, but not a requirement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Polish stainless-steel parts with hand grinding tools

2) Support Production Manager in assembly of industrial valves

3) Build wood-crates for shipping of valves and related equipment

4) Receive and stock incoming inventory

5) Work with Quality Department personnel to ensure proper function and successful testing of assembled equipment

6) Other duties as assigned

The company offers compensation above the going rate as well as paid company holidays, PTO and a 401(k) retirement plan. Typical working hours are 8-4, Monday Friday, though alternative work arrangements may be considered for the best candidate.
