We are seeking a FULLTIME Production Associate with at least one year of experience in warehouse and material handling as well as blending chemicals or food additives; a track record of commitment and longevity in a position or with an employer; attention to detail; and excellent attendance.

This is a fulltime position to fill. We also have a couple part time positions. Must be full time to be considered for the lead psotion. If you are tired of being just a number? Overview

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Production Associate is responsible for manufacturing, bottling, shipping, and receiving products while maintaining a clean & safe working environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

--Bottling, boxing and proper labeling of dry and liquid products

--Shipping and receiving

--Packaging orders for parcel & LTL shipments

--Follow established methods for safety, quality, and standard operating procedures

--Meet production deadlines with accuracy & efficiency

--Build, assemble, and package all products/parts to spec; includes cutting and gluing PVC parts

--Report any inconsistencies in raw materials, packaging, intermediates or finished goods

--Become familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within our company

--Regularly communicate concerns, suggestions and requests

--Clean & organize production, warehouse, laboratory & receiving area

--Perform accurate counts on all raw materials, production intermediates and finished products

--Maintain an effective and organized workstation that adheres to departmental standards

--Read, understand, and follow work instructions including but not limited to work orders, batch tickets, packing slips.

--The position is also responsible for any other duties apparent or assigned.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience

--High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education

--Reliable transportation

--Ability to read, comprehend and follow written & verbal instructions

--Convey pertinent written and verbal information

--Previous forklift experience a plus

--Aptitude for basic math; liquid and dry material weights and volumes; and familiarity with precise unit measuring.

--Conveys a courteous, professional image and consistently delivers high-quality service to internal & external customers

--Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a varying, fast-paced environment

--Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and problem-solving skills

**Physical Requirements

--Ability to lift 20-40 pounds regularly without assistance and up to 60 pounds occasionally.

--Climb up to 15 feet using a ladder or rolling safety stairs

--Mobility (walk, sit, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for extended periods of time)

--Dexterity (use hands to handle, manipulate, and feel objects, tools, and controls)

--Vision (close and distant vision; depth perception, and ability to adjust focus)

Equipment Used

--Material Handling (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, drum dolly, carts)

--Measuring Equipment (scales, beakers)

--Bottling Equipment (valves, hoses, bottle labeler)

--Electronics (Computer, tablet, bar code scanner, time clock, label printer, camera)

--Cleaning equipment (Pressure washer, spray heads, pump sprayer)

--Personal Protective Equipment (i.e. respirator, dust mask, splash goggles, gloves)

--Hand tools (tape gun, box cutter, pliers, bung wrench)

--Power tools (saws, drills)

--Ladder, rolling safety ladder

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
