Job Title: Production Control Scheduler
Location: Clarksville, TN

We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our Production Control department in our state-of-the-art printing facility in Tennessee!
As our Production Control Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting production control management in the Plant, and collaborating with others to ensure that all aspects of production planning and scheduling are performed effectively from creation to completion, and for on-time delivery.
You will be responsible for working as part of the production control team in scheduling, and expediting support team members from a production/workflow standpoint as well as supervision of the assigned employees of that area, as needed. The position will be required to work closely with multiple departments and employees at all levels. The majority of collaboration will be with assigned value stream (ex: Bindery/Press/Covers), Quality Control, and Continuous Improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Production/Operations Management, and/or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Production Control and/or Scheduling.
- Management/Supervisory experience in a team-based environment.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent planning, scheduling and organizational skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Printing experience in a Yearbook and/or Commercial environment.
- Basic Knowledge of 5S Methodologies and Lean Manufacturing.
- Exposure and knowledge of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Typical/expected % of overnight travel: 5%
