Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire Production process
- Oversee a team responsible for Confirmation/ TOP Samples
- Manage Factory PO Setups
- Manage Social Compliance and Vendor Compliance teams
- Oversee Social Audits and Factory Audits
- Streamline and manage all communication with our overseas QC Office
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Design and Merchandising teams
- Maintain daily communication with Oversees factories
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing a team
- Previous experience in Oversees Production specificallyin a Wholesale environment. (5+ years)
- Experience working with an ERP system
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook skills
- Able to work independently as part of team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
