In this role, you will be given the opportunity to:

Guarantee the quality of our products to meet the strict demands of the aerospace industry.

You will be responsible for:

Assisting in-process assessment including customer source inspections (may include final inspection support if necessary).

Examining relevant data and documentation and creating inspection records.

Enforcing FOE/FOD, ESD and Calibration protocols.

Formulating non-conforming material records in our Manufacturing Execution System.

Performing a variety of Quality Assurance related activities in support of engineering and operations.

You will be part of:

The Mercury Systems Microwave Quality Assurance Team in a quickly developing sector catering to both commercial and military customers.

For success in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Foundation in RF Microwave hybrid assembly (knowledgeable in MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534).

J-STD-001 Class 3 and/or IPC 610 certified preferable.

Chip and Wire

Incoming Inspection experience desirable

Should be meticulous, have good organizational capacities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing atmosphere.

Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Experience in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System atmosphere preferred.

Objective:

This position is for an experienced individual contributor in the Quality Inspection sub-family, who works under limited direction for regular situations.

Obligation Statement:

Individual is accountable for in-process assessment of product. This may require backing of customer source inspection.

More Required Knowledge, Skills, & Capabilities:

General Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Education: High School

Work Experience:5+ Years

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:50/50 sitting/standing, must be able to lift small objects, majority of inspection is done using a microscope

Travel Requirements:Limited travel may be needed for training purposes

You should possess:

  • ISO 9001 Certification Experience
  • AS9100 Experience

Salary info:

$25 - $36 / hr
