Who We Need:
Our Production Team is seeking an exceptional Production Scheduler to join their team. In this role you will coordinate raw materials to batches, create daily reports for the tracking system for all products, manage the Oracle functionality, and manage multiple customer orders.

Responsibilities:
    • Create and maintain production batches for accuracy of alerts, process information, and packaging
    • Requisition required raw materials
    • Allocate incoming raw materials to production batches
    • Release batches to production
    • Ensure timely and accurate receipt of raw materials
    • Effectively communicate accurate production stages of orders, with multiple departments, including Purchasing, R&D, QC, Warehouse and Production
    • Alert Customer Service/Sales of delays in shipping of finished goods
    • Assist with development and implementation of Oracle functionality, this will require working with a multitude of departments
    • Utilize labor tracking system to refine and review daily reports and special requests.
    • Work with the operators so that the correct labor tracking procedures are followed
    • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
    • High school degree preferred
    • 1-2 years’ direct or related experience preferred

Skills/Knowledge:
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Working knowledge of Excel and Word
    • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with many departments and with a high degree of collaboration
Knowledge of Oracle preferred
