Position Title: Production Supervisor – 1st Shift
Wage: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

We are looking for a candidate who possesses experience in manufacturing supervision and the ability to effectively communicate with this company’s employees while keeping them on task.
- Work with your team (about 12-15 people) to maintain production quantity and quality standards.
- Maintain employee morale and ensure the safe operation of our facility during your shift.
- HS/GED required.
- Tech machining school a plus.
- Ability to lift steel plates up to 70 lbs.
- Supervising experience: 1 year (Required).
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Required).
- Forklift: 1 year (Preferred).
- Spanish: 1 year (Preferred).
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred).
