Our very well established and growing Food Processing client isPARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced Production Supervisor for this IMMEDIATE FULL TIME DIRECT HIRE CAREER OPPORTUNITY.

SALARY - $62 to $82K/DOE

LOCATION - Within Stanislaus County (Modesto, Ceres, Turlock, or Surrounding Cities)

HOURS - Graveyard Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION -

• Carry out all production assignments as scheduled in a safe and efficient manner to include line operations.
• Supervise production and maintenance workers to include Employee Hiring, Training, Scheduling and Discipline.
• Updating job descriptions and SOPs.
• Production reporting.
• Warehousing of produced goods.
• Department housekeeping.
• Equipment sanitation.
• Material management.
• Waste management & recycling.
• Understand and comply with all ISO 9001-2015, HACCP and GMP requirements and processes as well as Safety.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Food industry or production experience desirable
• Experience with Inventories and supply demands, line change, planning, and recycling.
• Experience and knowledge of production machinery and forklift operations.
• Ability and experience to evaluate and train employees.
