Job Title: Extrusion Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in extrusion processes and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and supervisory skills. As an Extrusion Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising multiple shifts of extrusion operators, ensuring the smooth operation of our extrusion processes, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise multiple shifts of extrusion operators and oversee the extrusion process
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Execute manufacturing plans and policies to ensure production goals are achieved
• Ensure Pre-Start Ups, Daily Production Reports, Operators Checks, QC Checks, and other necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Track department KPI's to reduce expenses and improve efficiencies
• Conduct housekeeping audits to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve production goals and maintain product quality
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve processes and reduce costs
• Proficient in administrative and computer functions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred (Technical degree of equivalent years of experience accepted)
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in extrusion processes and techniques or Manufacturing environment required
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to inspect products and ensure quality standards are met
• Proficient in administrative and computer functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced,high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed

Pay: Competitive salary; $45K-$55K, commensurate with experience

Shift: Flexible shifts available, including day, evening, and overnight
