Duties include:

 Knowledge and ability to learn the Kahler/Merchant Ag/Field Alytics Software

 Will be cross trained on liquid fertilizer and chemical plant operations.

 Ability to schedule, and track multiple spreading units

 Ability to schedule, dispatch, and track multiple tendering units

 Multitask during busy application seasons

 Be willing and able to work extended hours in Spring and Fall

 Must have the ability to work under extreme pressure at times.

 Able to take plant ownership and maintain control on that site

 Willing to learn railroad safety and operations

Requirements:

 Have ability to run heavy equipment loader

 Must have strong communication skills along with problem solving skills.

 Strong computer/technology skills.

 Must have strong organizational skills.

 Ability to multi‐task and work well in a team.

 Must have a valid CDL driver’s license with hazmat endorsement – or have the ability to obtain.

 Must have a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
