Description
Seeking Professional Spa and/or Mobile Groomers for full or part-time positions. We are a busy shop with a well established clientele. Great tips and working environment for the professional Groomer. Located in Falls Church, VA. We are looking for Professional groomers with 3+ years experience with all breeds of dogs and/or cats with an eye for detail. As our client list continues to grow rapidly we need more hands to help take care of all of our clients. The salon is open Monday to Saturday, 9a-6p.
Responsibilities
- Performing professional pet grooming, including breed-specific cuts, from start to finish taking into account client desires and pet health
- Interacting in a professional manner with our clients
- Putting the well-being of the pet in your care first and foremost
- Keeping the salon and/or our mobile unit clean and disinfected
- Keeping your grooming tools clean, disinfected, and in good working order
- Work independently and with limited direct supervision
- Be able to lift up to 30lbs
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 1-3 years of pet grooming experience, preferably in a salon or mobile environment
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Punctual
- Can work effectively in a team environment
We offer competitive pay rates ($18-$35/hr) plus individual and team bonuses. We also include health and dental insurance, retirement savings plans and of course 100% of your tips go to you. Get a sign on bonus of $2,000 when you hit 6 months of successful employment.
