MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Program Team leaders and team members in day-to-day operations necessary to meet the requirements of the WCC contract.
  • Support level will include organizational activities including meeting/event setup, attendance, and note/minute taking/distribution.
  • Maintain several logs, drafting and reviewing several documents and ensuring office is equipment with required supplies.
  • Support Program Management Team in day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain several logs and rolling action item list.
  • Attend and take notes and meeting minutes for a variety of meetings.
  • Ensure office facilities are maintained with required supplies on a monthly basis.
  • Draft documents upon request.
  • Populate and Maintain office schedule.
  • Assist Headquarters HR in managing program specific 3rd party recruiters.
  • Assist Headquarters HR in onboarding new hire employees.
  • Enter purchase requisitions upon request.
  • Setup and arrange particulars for several internal and external meetings and events.
  • Review various documents to ensure grammatical and aesthetic presentation is accurate and in a professional manner.
  • Create and maintain filling systems.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

Essential

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software including Teams, Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, general business periodicals, professional documents, Company policies/procedures, and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, employees, government officials, and the public.

Desirable

  • Secondary Education Degree or 2+ years quivalent experience
  • Ability to identify new processes and procedures for continual improvement.
  • Experience with implementation and management of SharePoint sites

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • This role will require minimal travel to Lockport, LA (construction site).
  • Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
