Job description
The Position
This position supervises a team that provides case management, resources and referrals to Housing Authority of the City and County of Denver (“DHA “) residents to improve their quality of life as well as implements and monitors grant funded programs that help low-income families work towards economic self-sufficiency or helps senior and disabled populations to live independently and age in place. Clients served are public housing and/or Housing Choice Voucher (“HCV”)/Section 8 residents. All Program Administrators maintain a case load and provide case management.
Benefit Information
* Sick leave is accrued at 6 hours per month.
* Annual leave (vacation) for new employees is accrued at 8 hours per month.
* 11 paid holidays per year with an optional paid day off.

* Performance based merit increases and annual adjustments are given depending upon current policy.
Minimum Qualifications at the Time of Application
* Four (4) year degree in human services or related field.
* Valid Colorado driver license and good driving record must be maintained in accordance with personnel policy. Must provide own vehicle for transportation.
* Three (3) years of experience providing self-sufficiency case management and resources and referrals to low-income and culturally diverse populations.
* Experience in writing grant applications, grant monitoring, reporting and/or evaluation.
* A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum educational requirements.
$54,975.07 - $68,718.52 per year
