Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Program Analyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Rapid Sustainment Office at WPAFB, OH.
Responsibilities:- Support Government requirements for internal/external briefings and reports by assisting with preparation, scheduling, and coordination of materials, to include assisting with the preparation and review of correspondence.
- Produce a variety of letters, reports, spreadsheets, database reports, and graphs effectively and efficiently using standard USAF office automation software programs for all programs within the Rapid Sustainment Office.
- Assist in the development of organizational standard process documents and establish tracking for version control.
- Be the directorate point of contact and shall work independently on reviewing and updating self-assessment checklists by utilizing the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT).
- Assist with semi-annual self-inspections processes.
- Assist the SIP administrator of the MICT. Duties include, but are not limited to, assigning checklist permissions, loading checklists in MICT, assisting checklist POCs with resolving administrative issues within the toolset, distributing SIP information to checklist POCs and managers, and assisting in developing and maintaining of a tracking system for deficiency identification, corrective actions, and closeout.
- Provide direct support to quickly and accurately turn data into usable and actionable output and efficiently and effectively communicate that information for AFLCMC senior leaders, to include any researching, creating, assigning, tracking, and communicating with various higher headquarters or directorate-level offices.
- Assist in updating/retrieving information in the center MS SharePoint document library.
- Assist in compiling, formatting, and storing directorate level inputs to taskings to support development of the center response.
- Utilize both NIPRNET and SIPRNET electronic mail to request and compile responses and transmit approved responses to specified higher headquarters or Congressional inquiries.
- Assist in managing and tracking the civilian and military decoration programs for the center.
- Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
- B/A B/S and three (3) years of relevant experience or
- Nine (9) years of relevant experience
