The Program Coordinator position is a tour management support role for the Enrichment and/or Celebrations Travel Departments of the Division (Example tours include Performance, Education, Sports, Custom events, Celebrations, etc.). The Program Coordinator has the responsibility to work in support of the Program Manager and assist with successful delivery of all assigned travel programs, primarily in, but not limited to, the Enrichment Department. Program Coordinator will assist with the organization of trip/event arrangements, itinerary creation, trip leader communication, account invoicing and payment collections, trip fulfilment duties and all other trip related tasks that maximize the group event planning, relationship building, and program delivery, to ensure the strongest client satisfaction and division financial return.

Position Description
1. Full Time, exempt employee
2. Ideally located in the Sacramento Area. Secondarily in the West Coast.
2. Reports to Senior Vice President and/or Senior Program Director (where applicable)
3. Standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time, either in office
or a combination of office and remote working as directed by Sr. VP/Sr. PD.
4. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required
5. Weekly written update of department progress and weekly one-on-one with Sr. VP/Sr. PD.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited institution preferred or 2+ years professional experience in event
planning and/or operations or 2+ years of progressive role experience within WorldStrides.
2. Experience and basic skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams. Knowledge of Sales Forces a plus.
3. Strong Organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
