Program Coordinator, San Mateo County
Bay Area PLS is a mobile healthcare company providing professional blood draws, vaccinations and Covid-19 testing to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, as well as entities such as medical research companies, home health agencies, government agencies, and many more. We take pride in providing patient care as efficiently and painlessly as possible, while complying with all safety rules and regulations and preserving the integrity of all samples for delivery to the testing laboratory.
Position Description:
Client Liaison Responsibilities
- Forecast staffing needs in accordance with contractual and operational requirements
- Work directly with clients to execute contractual expectations
- Manage multiple ongoing projects at the same time
- Liaise with Community Partner Lead and provide feedback and timely information/documents to relevant stakeholders
- Report event results to clients and relevant stakeholders
- Solicit new community level partnerships for both testing and vaccination events Operational Responsibilities
- Collaborating departmentally to coordinate vaccine and testing clinics within the county
- Monitor site activities and provide operational guidance where needed
- Register patients into Primary Bio
- Perform site visits
- Send staff emails
- Manage onsite operations, including but not limited to infrastructure, tech, power, equipment, medical supplies, PPE, staffing and inventory as needed
- Update internal databases to create transparency and collaboration between departments
- Utilize multiple software platforms to efficiently execute programs
- Implement and adhere to best practices and ensure compliance with operational policies, site safety compliance requirements, including COVID-19 compliance
- Liaise between clients and community partners in meetings and relay information to internal departments
- Problem-solving and responding daily to inclement conditions, cold weather, rain, wind, flooding and other inherent challenges of an outdoor work environment
- Motivate staff to perform at their best by fostering a positive and supportive work environment
- Monitor loss, damage and repair needs; follow-up as needed
- Support site activities and provide operational guidance where needed
- Understand site operations from a large scope lens and be able to translate plan to on-site team
- Precipitate and identify potential and actual workflow problems; provide solutions to maximize onsite efficiency
- Other duties assigned as needed
Education:
- HS Diploma: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent education/experience
- Associates degree preferred or equivalent training and experience
Qualifications:
- This is a mobile role, frequent travel to and between job sites is required
- Familiar with or able to become familiar with computer software programs such as G-Suite, PrimaryBio, O365 & Electronic Medical Records systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to work daytime hours Monday through Friday; however, flexibility may be required to meet staffing needs on weekends. This employee will not be expected to work more than 40 hours per week
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the work setting
Experience:
- 1 Year of Administrative Leadership Experience
- 5 Years Customer Service Experience
Mobile Requirement:
This position will cover all of San Mateo County and must be willing to travel throughout the county.
Compensation:
$62,400 - $70,000 depending on experience/qualifications

Days of the Week Scheduled: Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability if necessary.
