Program Management Specialist

Essential Functions:
Providing engineering services for Surface Navy programs
Development of product improvements that:
Understanding of various contract types, CPFF, FFP, IDIQ
Service life extension
Improve reliability
Safety improvements
Eliminate obsolescence
Lower Life Cycle Costs
Participation in Navy conferences and meetings
Monthly reporting
Closely work with L3HARRIS International business offices, Export Control, Business Development team to continue promoting and growing MPES international portfolio of programs
Attend and present status at customer program reviews, CDR, PDR, proposal reviews , conferences

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Cost Point, prior experience
MS Excel – proficiency
COGNOS - proficiency
Earned Value Management – working understanding
Demonstrates aptitude in the following areas
Business leader, able to prioritize and organize multi functional program team
Program Cost management
General knowledge of FAR requirements/Government rated contracts
Project management, production projects
Program Scheduling, or related field and five years food packaging industry related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $130,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
