The Defense Group at Leidos is seeking a Project Engineer on our GSMO II IDIQ contract’s Joint Service Provider (JSP) Cyber Security Task Order in Alexandria, VA. JSP provides a full range of IT products, services, and solutions and customer services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) and the Joint Staff (JS), Director of Administration (DA), Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), and other OSD offices for them to meet mission and business requirements. Through the JSP Cyber Security program, JSP performs a wide variety of services and functions required to secure the information security posture for DoD services.
You will be responsible for managing and processing a wide variety of data requests in support of JSP. To be successful, you will need to be well organized and have a background in managing large amounts of data and processes.
This task order is expected to be awarded in January with start of performance in February. This position has potential to start ahead of contract award in order to support transition in activities. An active Secret clearance is required prior to start and this role will be based onsite in the Arlington, VA area.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provides multiple levels of Program Management support for the Global Information Grid Services Management Operations (GSM-O II) contract under JSP.
Functions as a liaison between the customer and the company, responding to requests for information and leading small group meetings between subject matter experts and the customer.
Executes mission specific special projects to include project management of special initiatives (ISO Audits, Training Initiatives, Proposal Support).
Develops and executes the processes by which contractors onboard and off board the Task Order.
Tracks the filling of all open positions on the task order by coordinating with hiring managers, recruiting, and subcontracts.
Manages, tracks and provides Data Knowledge Management support for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) creation and is responsible for delivery of multiple CDRL types on rotating schedules.
Works with a wide range of subject matter experts and stakeholders to lead the development and management of the Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) for the Task Order.
Manages DoD 8570 compliance to ensure we are meeting our contractual requirements.
Compiles and generates data for presentation to the customer or internal management in either PowerPoint, Excel and Word on an ad hoc basis.
Manages project schedules, coordinating inputs from various members of the team.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a BA degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Active US Secret Clearance.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, teams and prioritize appropriately.
Ability to gain trust and respect of management, employees, and customers.
Highly proficient with SharePoint and Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity and understanding of various functional areas including Finance, Contracts, Procurement and Asset management.
Teamwork & collaboration; willingness to be a team player and be invested in the success of the team.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $59,150.00 - $91,000.00 - $122,850.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
