A Better Tomorrow Education is a devoted educational company providing tutoring services for children throughout California. We are seeking a qualified individual who can oversee and direct programs throughout the Anaheim Elementary School District Sites. Program Manager will be required to work in our La Habra office Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM until school district services commence early January 2023. Once program(s) begin, Program Manager will be required to manage and assist tutors at designated school site(s) within the vicinity of Anaheim, Monday through Friday between the hours of 2 to 5 PM while also completing additional administrative hours as needed throughout the mornings.

Responsibilities:

• Applicant is responsible for hiring, creating tutor schedules, overseeing AESD programs, and providing tutors with assistance, as needed.
• Applicant must research, gather, and provide materials/student curriculum to students/tutors.

Requirements:

• General knowledge base of primary, secondary, and high school level English Language Arts and Mathematics.
• Any experience working in a managerial setting
• Experience in childhood education is appreciated, but not required.
• Program Manager will be expected to shadow Regional Supervisor both on site and in office and complete mandatory training programs provided by A Better Tomorrow Education Administration.
• Ability to pass a Live Scan
• Negative TB Test
