What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
- Strong experience in engineering and program management with automotive OEMs
- Intricate knowledge of automotive product development lifecycles specific to EVs
- Excellent program management skills to navigate cross-functional trade-offs
- Experience in primarily a customer facing role in consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations on project delivery
- Demonstrated ability of complex problem solving and over-achieving targets
- Strong bias-to-action and ability to influence and drive decision-making
- Ability to deal with technical and commercial ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Track record of developing and presenting strategic insights within the automotive/EV space
- Strong technology understanding in both hardware and software, both vehicle and charging side
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or relevant consulting experience is a plus.
- 5+ years' experience working in the automotive industry, preferably in electric vehicle charging space
- Crisp verbal and written communication skills with proven track record of influencing senior management at automotive OEMs
- Willing and able to be detail oriented and hands-on with managing each activity set, while keeping the big picture top of mind.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop cross-functional bridges
Location
Preferably San Francisco Bay Area or Detroit but can be flexible
ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $47,250 to $138,750. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
