What We Are Looking For

Consistent with the Baugh Center mission, the purpose of the position is to encourage mission of the and facilitate a mindset of entrepreneurship. In particular, this position focuses on building relationships with the local business community. The position is also tasked with advancing the mission of the Hankamer School of Business and Baylor at large through Baugh Center offerings. The position will work with a team of professionals to position the Baugh Center as one of the preeminent entrepreneurship centers in academia.

A Bachelor's degree, two years of related experience, and an active Christian faith are required. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

• Develop, design and support Baugh Center entrepreneurship program activities. Work to support entrepreneurship program initiatives stemming from the Baugh Center and Baylor Entrepreneurship by evaluating and executing new initiatives.
• Develop, guide and help formulate the promotion of a community entrepreneurship program from the John F. Baugh Center for Entrepreneurship through which local churches and non-profit organizations initiate and operate faith-based entrepreneurial training for local community small business owners.
• Develop, design and refine appropriate relationships, methods and tools to engage with Central Texas Baylor alumni, volunteers and other stakeholders interested in serving Baylor’s entrepreneurship activities.
• Provide support for various local, state, national and international Baugh Center activities.
• Perform additional miscellaneous duties related to supporting activities within the Baugh Center
