The Field Based Services Program Manager, (FBSPM) is responsible for managing and completing administrative tasks related to the functioning of all Field Based Programs. The FBSPM will ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Works with the Director of Field Based Services to ensure all administrative responsibilities are performing effectively and at their optimum capacity. Supervises the Facilitators and Parent Partners and ensures they are meeting job expectations. Helps coordinate field-based programs to ensure effective clinical, personnel, contractual and organizational management decision are implemented. Represents agency and its programs in meetings with outside contacts, professional associations and other agencies. Models and supports a culture which continuously seeks ways to improve current practices and procedures clinically, organizationally, and in a culturally competent manner.

· Bachelor’s Degree in the behavioral sciences from an accredited and recognized college/university and several years of experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescents and their families.

· Obtain, within 30 days of employment, Pro-ACT, Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification and maintain such certification current through the term of employment with SGCC.

· Maintain a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance if transporting clients/families. Must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 5 years.

· Must be able to obtain and maintain Live Scan clearance, pre-employment physical, TB test and drug test.

Pay Scale - $60,000 annualized.
