This Remote role, within the continental USA, will learn this product, learn the scope of our contracts, drive metrics, and oversee this native mobile app with our customers while working closely with a team of Project Managers.
What Will You Be Doing?
Manage multiple projects of advanced complexity within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of a program.
Coordinate, plan, and execute various program activities including the development, qualify, launch, maximization, and retirement phases of the product lifecycle.
Document program activities including the development, collection, dissemination, and maintenance of program records and update pertinent cross-functional and executive teams.
Develop detailed project plans for managing the critical path and major milestones for product launches and/or complex product deployments.
Drive process and tool improvement efforts; assist in defining specialization areas for the team.
Direct the work and manage the personnel issues of direct report employees, including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and developing staff; recommends or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job: Required:
8+ years of experience in a technical project management, program management, or product management role; industry (Mobile App, Gaming/Hospitality/Venue Apps) experience preferred.
Demonstrated success managing multiple cross-functional programs, eliciting requirements, and participating in agile teams.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience with project management tools and methodologies, software development
lifecycle, and problem-solving.
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of the competitive landscape and ability to complete competitive analysis.
Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience with the following tools/systems: version control, project management, and
product lifecycle management.

Nice to Have's:
PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110k - $130k annually.
