DirectViz Solutions is rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for government customers. We are hiring a full-time Program Manager for a new prime 5 year contract. The work location will be Alexandria, VA. This position requires a Public Trust investigation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Tier l & ll service desks and teams of 50 people. The work schedule is still to be determined but potentially hybrid.

Program Manager Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager
• Tier l & ll Service Desk experience
• Demonstrated experience in a Federal IT environment.
• Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
• Previous experience supporting and interfacing with senior executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing Service Delivery or sales efforts.
• Demonstrated successful management and supervision of 50+ employees of various labor categories and skills.
• Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to mission.

Responsibilities:

This individual will be the primary POC for the Government.

This individual shall be the receiving point for deliverables.

This individual is responsible for the contract technical and management direction, submission of reports, and general support and coordination to the customer.

The Program Manager shall be fully authorized to direct and supervise day-to-day activities of the contractor personnel needed to meet the contract requirements.

Requirements:

Ten (10) years of experience as a Program Manager is preferred.

Education: Master's degree is required. IT-related degree is preferred

Certifications:

• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
• ITIL Foundations or higher.
