Great Hill Solutions is seeking a full-time Program Project Coordinator in the Washington DC metro area to join our GHS corporate team. The position is primarily remote, however, there may be times when presence on site is needed. Candidates must be local to the DC Metro area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage tracking of contract and task order details including awards and modifications, funding, and staff
  • Administer travel expense authorizations and reimbursement processing
  • Develop and maintain project trackers on a real-time basis, including tracking financials/funding levels/budget ceilings and forecasting future expenditures
  • Create Powerpoint briefings for PMRs, and Leadership reviews; as well as develop excel documents for program support and backup
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective invoice processing
  • Manage and track client-specific onboarding processes and milestones for new hires, employee training logs, as well as credential assistance
  • Provide assistance to the Onsite and Corporate Program Managers as requested
  • Assist in the update of Program files and Staffing Matrix

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors's Degree from an accredited college
  • 3-5 years of experience working in government contracting, DoD experienced preferred
  • Understanding of government contracts and financials
  • Ability to commute to the client site on an as needed basis
  • Robust knowledge, skills, and experience with Microsoft Office - primarily with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain proactive and communicate effectively to leaders of the company
