Immediate Full Time Opportunity for a Project Administrator

This position is great for self-motivated, hardworking, individuals who like daily challenges. This position will be located at our jobsite in Gallup, New Mexico.

What will you do?

• Assist with material supplier set up
• Assist with Submittals, RFIs
• Prepare meeting agendas and attend meetings to take minutes
• Prepare Field Reports
• Assist with Production Reports
• Assist with As-Builts
• Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks for the project

Do you meet the requirements we are seeking?

• Familiar with Water & Sewer Construction preferred
• Previous On-Site Project Administrative Experience a Plus!
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Excel and Word
• Experience with HCSS HeavyJob software helpful
