JPI is hiring an Analyst to join our team to help achieve project goals by managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure. This position will be working with the US Coast Guard clients in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

This is a 1099 opportunity.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide comprehensive project management support for SAM and VLS projects.
• Assume responsibility for managing project schedule in coordination with USCG personnel.
• Responsible for developing and updating standard USCG documentation including Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) documentation.
• Perform on demand engineering and project management reviews.
• Be proficient on managing an enterprise IT system
• Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of project to management and customer.
• Ability to organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates and oversee the successful completion of all assigned IT tasks.
• Experience to ensure the development, maintenance and implementation of Project Management Plans, technical specifications plans, and other documents that guide the performance of all functional and technical activities performed.
• Experience with all phases of the Systems Development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience performing tasks focused on the leadership an/or task management of information systems engineering, or systems integration projects preferred

• Six (6) years of experience providing technical direction and project management.
• Three (3) years supervisory experience in addition to the three (6) years of experience.
• The Candidate should possess the minimum Education/Qualifications:
• A.A/A.S. in related field or at minimum Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
