Specializing in design-build construction since 1980, Lord Constructors is a privately held general contracting company that has over 10 million square feet of in-place construction. As a full-service design build company, we offer services in architecture and planning, with consultants supporting us with MEP and structural work. We work with clients as a team in all aspects of the process, from initial site development, architectural plans and construction documents, through the building construction to final occupancy. Majority of our work is conventional concrete tilt construction and steel structures. Our projects in industrial development focus on industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and transportation uses in the Inland Empire.

Project Architects are responsible for the management of the entire project, from start to finish such as conceptual, schematic design, design development and constructions services. Additional responsibilities of coordinating consultants and city/county project submittals and communication. Ability to be a great team player.

5+ years of experience (preferably in industrial architecture projects, but not required).

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

Working knowledge of code reviews, and construction plan sets, good communication and multitasking skills, AutoCAD proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
