Overview:
The Business Law Project Assistant will work closely with attorneys and paraprofessionals on our Estates & Trusts team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks to deliver accurate work products with multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys and paraprofessionals with correspondence and document drafting
- Coordinate information and workflow for client work
- Assist with client lists, schedules, annual notices, annual reporting
- Provide timely communications for members of the client practice teams
- Organize and administer documents across document management systems
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Prior legal or office environment experience preferred
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PDF software preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible work hours as required by deadlines
