Job description
The person in this position will do the following: scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, ordering supplies, answering the phone, running project-related errands, putting basic project protocols in place and ensuring that they are adhered to, assisting with creation of presentations, handouts, etc. The person in this position should have exceptional organization skills, good interpersonal and technological skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related programs.

High school diploma or equivalent experience plus two (2) years of experience in an office environment, including evidence of multi-tasking. Customer/clients service experience and the ability to communicate across diverse platforms. The person in this position should have exceptional organization skills, good interpersonal and exceptional technological skills, be very attentive to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer experience in a higher education setting and advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related programs.
Posted Salary $16.50/hr minimum
