Job Summary:
Responsibilities and deliverables:
Involvement in Verification of Tasks performed by Designing Team, Developers, QA Testers. Also will be required to do thorough testing when there is no tester allocated to the project.
Assisting with assigned workstreams or tasks.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
Ensuring stakeholders’ expectations are managed.
The Project Coordinator will manage smaller infrastructure build-outs, expansions, and/or hardware or software upgrade projects independently of a Senior IT Project Manager, ensuring the project objectives and requirements are delivered.
Manage, control and coordinate with the project team, schedules and implementation.
Day-to-day oversight of administrative functions in order to achieve project sustainability and success.
Assist with workstreams or tasks for larger projects being run by a Senior PM or Manager.
Build a collaborative working relationship with project stakeholders, both business and technical.
Define work breakdown structures for small projects, with input from technical resources and project team members.
Create required project deliverables.
Follow established project status reporting processes.
Keep a track of the progress of project tasks.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to meet project milestones.
Drive an appropriate sense of urgency toward project deliverables.
Continuously improve processes and knowledge.
Requirements
Skills:
Must have practical experience in coordinating with various teams involved in Complete SDLC.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of IT tools used in project management.
Knowledge of reporting tools/MS teams/JIRA/Confluence will be a plus.
Excellent Logical and Listening ability
Requirement Analysis & writing a detailed scope is a must
Experience:
The candidate should have 3-6 yrs. of total work experience.
The candidate must have good communication skills.
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/MCA or any other technical qualifications.
Certification in ITIL/ PMP will be an added advantage.
