Looking for an AMAZING Project Coordinator to be part of a great team in a small, fast-growing company.

Minimum requirements:

• 2 year’s experience in remodeling.
• Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
• Able to re-prioritize multiple times during the day.
• High energy with a sense of urgency.
• Able to work with interruptions and get back on task.
• Desire to accomplish tasks and things done right the first time.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and OneDrive.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Someone who keeps commitments.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative work style.
• Able to take initiative to jump in where needed and follow through on tasks without having to be asked.
• Desire to learn about remodeling and become involved in multiple aspects of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Finalize customer selections and contracts.
• Create project schedule.
• Track job progress and keep customers informed of next steps.
• Schedule subcontractors.
• Act as liason between Field Manager, Customers, and Management.
• Place orders for items needed in the field.
• Publish a daily report of job status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
